All U9 games will be held at NHA in order to hold "full-ice" games on the 3/4 ice surface

A confirmation email will be sent to the team contact when both application and payments are received.
Travel permits and approved rosters must follow when accepted into tournament.
Applications will not be accepted after November 1st, 2023

Tournament Policy
Entry into tournament is only reserved with a registration form and full payment
Entry is not reserved if registration form is received without payment, full payment is not received 4 weeks prior to tournament date, or registration form is incomplete.
Refund Policy
If the tournament is cancelled due to government regulations, a full refund will be issued.
If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons related to covid: a full refund will be provided.
If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons not related to covid: a full refund will be provided if a team withdraws prior to 4 weeks before start of tournament but
No refund if a team decides within 4 weeks of the tournament date that they don’t want to attend.
