ALL payments must be made by September 15, 2023. No participant will be allowed on the ice until full payment is received.

I agree that full payment will be made by e-Transfer, cheque or cash.
Cash or Cheque Payments: Email [email protected] to arrange delivery. Please make cheque payable to Walden Minor hockey (A fee of $50 will be charged for all NSF cheques).
