General Registration Information

PAYMENT DUE DATES

ALL payments must be made by September 15, 2021.  No participant will be allowed on the ice until full payment is received.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

I agree that full payment will be made by e-Transfer, cheque or cash.

Cash Payments:  Please drop your your payments off at 152 SImon Lake Drive, Naughton, ON

Cheque Payments:  Please make cheque out to Walden Minor hockey and  drop off to: 152 Simon Lake Drive, Naughton, ON (A fee of $50 will be charged for all NSF cheques).

e-Transfer Payments:  Please email to walden.minor.hockey@gmail.com.  Make password “hockey2021”.  Please include participant’s name, year of birth and level of hockey in the memo/note section of the e-transfer.


REFUND

I agree to pay WMHA all fees required for basic registration as well as any further fees as determined by any Representative Hockey Program as required.  WMHA was a refund policy in place and any requests will be reviewed by the executive. A adminstration fee of $75 will not be refunded.
